Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and VPN services (“Services”) provided by Securqbit LLC (“Securqbit”, “we”, “us”), a company established in the United States. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to form a contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
2. Service Description
Securqbit provides VPN connectivity and related features through our applications and infrastructure. The Services may change over time as we improve security, performance, and reliability.
3. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations
- distribute malware or perform unauthorized access attempts
- interfere with or disrupt the Services or our infrastructure
- abuse the service in a way that harms network stability or other users
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms or harming the Services.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the legal bases and data subject rights set out in the Privacy Policy.
6. Payments (if applicable)
If paid plans are offered, pricing and billing terms will be shown at purchase time. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Subscription terms and renewal details will be presented at checkout. Where required by law, EEA and UK consumers may have statutory cancellation and refund rights, which these Terms do not limit.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance or unexpected issues may occur.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
A VPN does not make you anonymous to websites you log into and does not protect against malware on your device.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Securqbit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Securqbit for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or USD $50 if no payments were made), unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory statutory rights of consumers in the EEA and the United Kingdom.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access as described in the Acceptable Use section.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Securqbit LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
